Briquetting machine
Compact/suitable/Efficient/Firm
Principle:
The machine has been designed for the metalworking sector for briquetting medium quantities of swarf. The machine can be connected directly to the chip flume of a machining centre, so the centre can run unattended 24/7. As a stand-alone system, this offers an efficient solution for metalworking companies that only produce small quantities of swarf.
Metal chips and briquettes:
The system can process short chips up to 30-50 mm in length, wet or dry, depending on the shape of the chips. It can also process longer, sporadic chips, either wet or dry. It is always recommended to briquette test your material. Other metals can also be tested. The density of the resulting briquette varies depending on the alloying elements and the shape of the chips. The liquid portion is separated, collected and pumped out online.
Equipment:
The machine combines a compact, low-profile design with mobility on castors. The electrical cabinet is standard. It is ready to run and many options are included in the package. These options always include, for example, a drip tray and an emulsifying pump for squeezing out liquids. Also included is a touch screen, which offers an intuitive user interface and potential free contacts for signal communication with a connected processing center. The hopper height and capacity as well as the length of the agglomerate chute can be customized. It is a premium product whose main components are made in Taiwan, China and produced exclusively in our factory in Dongguan.
Innovative Technology:
1. Intelligent control system: Modern briquetting machines are equipped with advanced automation and intelligent control systems that can automatically adjust pressure, speed and compression time according to the different characteristics of the material. This not only improves production efficiency, but also reduces the need for manual operation.
2. Energy-saving design: The energy consumption of briquetting machines has always been the focus of the industry. Innovative technologies include the use of servo motors and energy recovery systems, which can provide power according to actual needs while reducing unnecessary energy loss, thereby achieving higher energy efficiency.
3. Modular design: With the diversification of production needs, the design of modular briquetting machines enables them to adapt to different production scenarios more flexibly. Users can adjust the machine configuration according to their needs to adapt to the briquetting needs of materials of different sizes, shapes and materials.
4. Multifunctionality: Traditional briquetting machines may focus on the compression of a single material, while current technology can handle multiple types of materials, such as plastics, paper, metals and biomass materials. Multifunctional design allows a briquetting machine to be suitable for multiple industries, from waste treatment to resource recovery.
5. Higher compression ratio and density control: The new generation of briquetting machines can more accurately control the compression ratio and density of the final product, which is crucial for transportation and storage, especially in the recycling industry, where reducing volume to save space and transportation costs is a major demand. 6. Improved safety: Many innovative technologies also focus on improving the safety features of briquetting machines, adding more sensitive sensors and emergency shutdown systems to ensure the safety of operators when using the machines. In addition, remote monitoring technology is gradually being applied, allowing operators to monitor the operating status of the machine in real time and make necessary adjustments.
